IT'S FINALLY DONE THANK GOODNESS.

I forgot about the state-tan project thing entirely until I was reminded again. XD;; Sorry about that. But anyways here's my state Washington. I couldn't do NY because it was already taken. -sob- But nevertheless WA is a pretty cool state too. -3- Okay here is some other facts about WA besides the ones above:

-Eastern Washington is actually the younger brother to Western Washington since people haven't settled in the Eastern part of the state until much later. (Age App: 16-17)

-Eastern Washingtonians have considered to separate from the Western part and form it's own state with Northern parts of Idaho to form the Lincoln state. (Thus East WA's name is Samuel A. Lincoln)

-WA hates the fact that he's sometimes mistaken for Washington D.C. on the East coast. Therefore people call Washington "The state of" and such to not be mistaken for the capitol.

-Seattle is the most cultural city in the state of Washington, you may never know what kind of art you'll see there.

-The six largest reported ancestries in Washington are: German (18.7%), English (12%), Irish (11.4%), Norwegian (6.2%), Mexican, (5.6%) and Filipino (3.7%). So surely WA is part German. lol

-Washington is the most non-religious state other than Colorado which has 31% population of non-religious people.

-Washington is the only state named after a U.S. president (George Washington).

- Nearly one hundred Orca whales, in three family pods, reside in the San Juan Islands during the summer months.

-The Space Needle in Seattle, built for the 1962 World’s Fair, attracts more than a million visitors each year.

-Mount St. Helens is the only volcano in the continental United States to erupt in recent history. The 1980 eruption devastated an area of 250 square miles (400 sq km).

-Washington’s Grand Coulee Dam is one of the largest hydroelectric facilities in the world.

-Washington’s state flag is the only state flag that is green.

-Lake Chelan was once a river, but glaciers blocked the river with dirt and rock, thus creating a lake.

-One of the world’s largest totem poles is in Tacoma. It is 105 feet (32 m) high. (It's only in the North West that Native Americans are known for Totem Poles not Natives in the southern states. Now you know.)

And so I might fix him a bit in the future but eh. xD Just glad to be over with it.

Hate to correct you again but from what I can research it seems that New Hampshire and Massachusetts are tied for least religious state. Washington in the 44th most religious state if you want to put that down instead though.
